The Reverend Elizabeth Sipos

At services on November 17 a letter from Bishop Michael Bird was read to announce that The Reverend Elizabeth Sipos has accepted an offer as Rector of St.Paul’s, Fort Erie and St.John’s, Ridgemount, on a full time basis, beginning January 15, 2014. This appointment comes with the strong support of the parochial committee.

Bishop Bird has asked Dr. Wayne Fraser to begin a new appointment as Interim Pastor on December 1 and arrangements made for Canon Susan Wells to take over the interim position with us here at St. Paul’s and St. John’s, beginning December 1, until the arrival of your new rector on January 15.

We will gather on Sunday November 24 for a joint service at St. Johns’ – 9:30 a.m. followed by a Pot Luck luncheon to thank Wayne & Eleanor for their time with us and to wish them well with their next appointment. Therefore there WILL NOT be a 10 a.m. service at St. Paul’s

NOTE: Dessert is being looked after by the Wardens.
