Come & enjoy the music of Advent with the Choirs of St. Paul’s & St. Michaels at St. Michaels Church
St Paul’s has annually hosted, for more than 30 years the St. Nick’s Children’s Shopping Day for the children of Fort Erie and its wider communities (some from Niagara Falls / St. Catharines) to assist the Children in selecting their own gifts for family and friends. The Children, aged 3 to 13, are assisted by Teenage ‘Elves’ with their purchases. Once all the gifts are wrapped the children rejoin their parent in the hall for a light snack / lunch.
Doors are now open at 9:00 am and the day runs to 2:00 pm. A lot of planning, organizing and love goes on throughout the year at St. Paul’s in preparation of this one day and in fact, some of those who help to plan, setup and run the day are members of other faith communities within Fort Erie and just wish to be part of this wonderful day for the children.
St. Paul’s can be reached @ 905 871-6704, office hours are generally Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

On Sunday June 17 2012 in conjunction with the Bicentennial Celebrations of 1812 St Paul’s will host the community in remembering Col. James Kerby.
Col.Kerby was instrumental in this area, commanding the Garrison at one time, and seeing that the stone from the sacked Fort was available for use in the construction of this Church.
Tours of the Church & Cemetery will be available along with a brief historical overview of the St Paul’s.
The congregations of All Saints – Ridgeway, St. John’s Ridgemount, St. Paul’s Fort Erie and Trinity Fort Erie will celebrate a service of Holy Eucharist & Baptism at Old Fort Erie on Saturday June 26 – 10 a.m. Following the service and celebration we will break bread together and enjoy a potluck picnic.
This annual service is looked forward too by all and continues to grow in participation – especially helps when the weather is nice. All those who wish to attend and experience a multi-congregational service are welcome to attend just bring a chair or blanket to sit on and perhaps something to share at the table.
